| 4 | Understanding the Student Journey | The student journey as a compliance framework, from pre-enrolment through marketing, enrolment, support, training and assessment, to completion and governance. |
| 5 | Building an Effective Compliance Partnership | Your role as an administrator, the Admin/Compliance team relationship, key information sources, and your responsibilities for quality and compliance outcomes. |
